Zapraszamy do udziału w konferencji Pediatronicus – II Central European Symposium on Robotics in Children, które odbędzie się w Krakowie 8 października 2026 r.
To konferencja poświęcona zastosowaniu robotyki w medycynie dziecięcej, gromadząca wybitnych wykładowców z Polski oraz z zagranicy. Podczas sympozjum omówione zostaną najnowsze osiągnięcia w dziedzinie medycyny robotycznej w pediatrii, chirurgii oraz urologii dziecięcej. Wydarzenie będzie wyjątkową okazją do wymiany doświadczeń, poznania innowacyjnych rozwiązań, a także nawiązania międzynarodowej współpracy naukowej. Zapraszamy do Krakowa – miasta o bogatej historii i wieloletnich tradycjach akademickich – aby wspólnie kształtować przyszłość robotyki w opiece nad najmłodszymi pacjentami. Do zobaczenia w Krakowie!
In October 2026, the 2nd Pediatronicus will take place in Cracow, followed by the 5th Meeting of the Polish Society of Pediatric Urology (PSPU).
As in the first edition, the 2nd Central European Symposium on Robotics in Children will be dedicated to various aspects of robotic-assisted procedures. This year, the main topics will focus on education and financial aspects of pediatric robotic surgery. Outstanding experts from leading centres in Denmark, France, and Italy, who also chair major European societies and organisations, will share their knowledge and experience.
Selected clinical cases will be presented by participants based on submitted abstracts (see instructions). The scientific program will conclude with a panel discussion addressing costs and reimbursement issues related to robotic surgery. I believe that the chosen topics will meet the expectations of the audience and stimulate fruitful discussion.
On Thursday evening, a conference dinner will be held in an impressive chamber of one of the oldest salt mines in Europe, located approximately 130 metres underground.
The official language of Pediatronicus (8 October 2026) is English, while the official language of the PSPU Meeting (9–10 October 2026) is Polish. However, the first PSPU session on Friday, featuring state-of-the-art lectures on neurogenic lower urinary tract dysfunction delivered by distinguished speakers, will be conducted in English. We therefore encourage participants to attend both meetings.
The entire event will take place at the Forest Hotel, located in the greenest part of the city and offering a breathtaking view of the Vistula River. Hotel accommodation must be booked individually by the end of August.
On behalf of the Organizing Committee, I warmly invite you to Cracow.
